Once the voices for the new languages are downloaded, go to Narrator settings, and select your preferred voice under Personalize Narrator’s voice > Choose a voice. The new voices will download and be ready for use in a few minutes, depending on your internet download speed. Select the language you would like to install voices for and select Add. This will take you to the Speech settings page. Under Personalize Narrator’s voice, select Add more voices. Open Narrator Settings by pressing the Windows logo key + Ctrl + N.

The Colibri version of the voice is slightly more robotic but much better in reading at higher speech rate. Finally, if you want a syllable by syllable play of the word, just click on it and the free "Audio Pronunciation" voices will play. The High-Quality version of the voice have a clearer and more pleasant timbre.
How it works: When you search a word in the dictionary, you can play it with the recorded voices (if you bought and installed them), then, if you have a dictionary with example sentences, a little speaker icon will appear in front of the sentence allowing you to play the whole sentence with the TTS voices.
